Vivian’s journey began in sales right after high school and grew into a rich career in real estate—spanning work with developers, years as a loan officer closing thousands of residential loans, and eventually, earning her real estate license. This wide-ranging expertise allows her to guide both clients and Realtors with knowledge and care. Today, she specializes in residential properties across Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Miami Gardens, Pembroke Pines, Miramar, and Hollywood.

Known for her compassion, leadership, and dedication, Vivian has managed and even presided over companies while also sharing her voice as a radio communicator for more than five years. Her repeat and referral business reflects the trust she builds with every client. A single mother of three, she balances her successful career with her love for dancing, singing, and healthy living.
